Your settings and past results stay in your browser. The developer runs no server and receives nothing from the extension, so a report has to say what the popup showed.

Check these first
These are expected. If one keeps happening on a store where it did not before, report it. The FAQ has more on each of them.
Some stores could not be compared
They are listed at the bottom of the results, under a line such as “4 marketplaces could not be compared”, each with a reason. The status “Delivered total not quotable” most often means the store does not ship the item to your country. “Could not set delivery location” means the store would not switch to your country, or does not offer it. A store that shows a robot check may report “No confident match” or “Could not read the page”.
Another store’s “Deliver to” box now shows your country
So that every store quotes delivery to the same place, the extension may set each other store’s delivery location to the country in the “Deliver to” box of the page you started from, and leave it that way. Only a country is set, never an address, and the store you started from is not changed. To undo it, pick another location in that store’s “Deliver to” box.
A result is marked “Check match”
The listing was found by searching, not by its ASIN, and its match confidence is below 90%. Open the listing and confirm it is the same product, variant and condition before you buy.
“Check again” came back at once
A finished check is reused for 30 minutes. An older result is deleted only when exactly the same check runs again; otherwise it stays until you remove the extension or clear its storage.
Within 30 minutes of a check, “Check again” returns the same result from the local cache and opens no tabs. After that, a fresh check runs.
The card reads “Stay here”
No other store beat the delivered total on the page you are on. That page is the highlighted top row, and every other row shows how much more it would cost.
The popup asks you to open an Amazon product page
It shows this, with the check button disabled, on any site other than a supported Amazon store, and on an Amazon page that is not a product page, such as search results or the cart. It works on product pages on amazon.com, amazon.ca, amazon.com.mx, amazon.co.uk, amazon.de, amazon.fr, amazon.it, amazon.es, amazon.co.jp and amazon.com.au.

If the FAQ does not cover it, open an issue on GitHub. Say what you expected and what happened instead.
What to include
- The store, and the product’s ASIN or the product page address. An address you reached from an Amazon search can include your search terms, so you may prefer to give the ASIN.
- Your destination country as Amazon’s “Deliver to” box shows it, for example Switzerland. The country is enough: when you are signed in, that box can also show your first name, town and postcode.
- The exact text the popup showed, such as a store’s status and note under “could not be compared”, or the reason on a “Couldn’t compare” card. For example, the status “Could not set delivery location” with the note “This store does not offer delivery to Switzerland.”
- Your Chrome version.
- Whether Amazon shows a robot check when you open that store yourself.
What never to include
Never include passwords, your address, order numbers or screenshots of your account pages. The extension never reads your passwords, your orders or your cookies, so a report never needs them.
